Mrs. Diana de Alvare

Music Director

Mrs. de Alvaré is originally from Nebraska. She received her Bachelor's degree in Music Education at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. Her primary instrument is her voice. After college, she taught music at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School in Seward, Nebraska. She and her husband moved to New Hampshire in 2013, and settled in Dover.

Mrs. de Alvaré is an active member of Corpus Christi Parish in Portsmouth, where she is a cantor and a member of the choir. She is a soprano section leader in Portsmouth's Pro Musica Choir, where she serves on the board of directors, and directs and sings in the a capella group, “The Overtones”. She is also a member of the New Hampshire Music Educators Association and the National Association for Music Education.

When she is not singing or at school, Mrs. de Alvaré enjoys crocheting and playing board games with her husband and friends.
