Mrs. Hersey earned a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Studies from Plymouth State University and a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Lesley University. She began teaching at Saint Patrick Academy in 2006, spending three years in PreKindergarten, eight years in Kindergarten, and then the rest in first grade. She lives in the seacoast area with her husband and three sons
Students will learn to be part of a community. There are two signs in my classroom that I refer to often: "Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference" and "Just do your best!" Students will learn about following in Jesus' footsteps and becoming the best version of themselves. They will learn about responsibility and how to be active participants in their learning.
