Giving Middle School-aged Students the Tools for Success

Middle School students at Saint Patrick Academy expand their focus to include exploration of the world through the study of religion, history, science, literature, and mathematics. Devoted faculty members provide the structure and support each student needs to be successful. Students learn to prioritize, take ownership over their learning, and advocate for themselves as they rotate from class to class and teacher to teacher starting in 6th grade. Learning is inquiry-based and cross-curricular, encouraging students to be curious about the world around them.

Middle School Orientation

One of the hallmarks of the 5th through 8th grade experience at Saint Patrick Academy is our Middle School Orientation program. All Middle School students – both new and returning – come to campus for two and a half days before Labor Day weekend to participate in community building activities, meet their teachers, run through abbreviated versions of their class schedules, and review procedures and expectations for the year. Middle School Orientation allows students to settle into the new school year before hitting the ground running academically right after Labor Day.
