Alumni Highlight
Nicole Anderson, St. Pat’s Class of ’14, of Kittery Point Maine is attending St. Michael’s College with a full athletic scholarship to play basketball.
Anderson has been playing basketball since she was a toddler. At St. Pat’s, she led the team to win Portsmouth’s 5th Grade Championship, all the while with hopes of working toward the collegiate level. Her decision to sign with St. Michael’s was solidified by knowing that she would be able to grow there as both a person and an athlete. She explained, “I decided to sign with St. Michael’s because I absolutely loved every aspect of the basketball program and more importantly the school. I am excited to be receiving a great education while continuing to play basketball at the collegiate level.”
Anderson hopes to help the team win a conference championship. St. Michael’s College, located in Colchester, VT, is a NCAA Division II school competing in the Northeast 10 Conference.
